Our Company CIAD Hosting began operations on Feb 21, 2003 as a wholly independent company. Yet our beginnings come from a prior company, Computer Image and Design, that was involved in designing and developing web sites since 1996. Through those early years of working with the evolving web hosting industry, we came to realize that there were some rather large deficiencies in what the web hosting companies were offering. Namely, if you were not a large corporation, then you had to settle for a web site on a single server. This means when the server goes down (they all eventually do), then your web site goes down, data is lost, clients loose their faith in you, and it usually takes a few days to finally recover. To solve this dilemma, CIAD Hosting was started on the belief that by pooling resources from multiple clients, we could create an infrastructure that could benefit all clients, with a quality highly-reliable solution, and at a reduced overall cost. And achieve this, we have.
Our Staff Our staff has over 20 years of experience that includes website development, software engineering, networking, and telecommunications from both large corporation and small business perspectives.
